What is Ocean Protect plastic?

Ocean Protect plastic, or Prevented Ocean Plastic (POP), is a recycled material made from plastic waste collected in coastal areas at risk of marine pollution. These areas include Southeast Asia, South America, the Galapagos Islands, the Mediterranean, Central America, and the Caribbean. By preventing this waste from ending up in the ocean, this plastic directly contributes to the preservation of our marine ecosystems.

The POPs program has prevented more than 10 billion bottles from entering the oceans since 2005 and prevents more than 1,000 tons of plastic from reaching marine waters each month.

We are taking the gamble of participating in this sector

Two of our flagship treatments are now presented in Ocean Protect plastic bottles. We want to contribute to reducing the amount of plastic in the oceans, our ambition is to help preserve them, to write our history with and for the oceans.

We are proud to be the only ones in France to participate in this Prevented Ocean Plastic initiative. Our ambition is also to one day create packaging from algae waste... to move from 0 waste to 0 plastic.
